Happy Break! Students, tonight's student section theme for the basketball game vs Oak Hill will be Maroon and White OR Holiday Fun! Wearing Maroon and White Beckley gear and/or Holiday-festive gear will get you in free of charge! (for active WWHS students only). These are the only two themes eligible for free entry! Mrs. Underwood hosted a Homemade Hot Chocolate Bar to have a cozy reading with The Glass Castle! Afterschool, the fun & hard work continued as her HOBY Youth Leadership club stuffed 40 Christmas stockings for the longterm care veterans at the Beckley VA Hospital.

Ms. Clarkson 's Spanish class went to the Beckley Art Center to paint a snowman and a poinsettia. They learned poinsettias originated in Mexico and how the flowers were used for decoration, dyes, and medicine. Afterwards, they enjoyed tacos and chips and salsa from El Mariachi!
Senior Parents: The deadline for baby pictures and senior quotes for the 25-26 yearbook will be Wednesday January 7. Senior ads for the yearbook will be sold in January. A BIG thank you (and a round of applause) to Woodrow Wilson band and choir that came to perform for us today in between our program practices! The kids really enjoyed it!! We loved seeing some of our former students all grown up!!
