Dr. Serena Starcher is sharing some great news with our school community! Raleigh County Schools has received a building grant for Woodrow Wilson High School, and we’re excited about what this means for our students, staff, and families.

Raleigh County Schools received a $12 million Needs Grant from the WV School Building Authority on December 15 to support a $27.5 million renovation and addition project for Woodrow Wilson High School. Stay tuned for more information.

Raleigh County Schools will operate on a remote learning day Monday, December 15, 2025.
Woodrow Wrestling opened its season 3-2 at the Morse Reese Memorial Tournament at Greenbrier East. Congratulations to the day’s undefeated wrestlers: Wyatt Kennedy, Joseph Chandler and Ian Webb. Back to work preparing for Fallen Heroes next weekend at the Beckley Raleigh County Convention Center.
